All is set for the playoff clash between Kenya Premier League side Thika United and National Super League giants Ushuru FC.
The winner will be part of the KPL season 2018 while the loser will play in the NSL
This comes after Thika finished their season third from behind while Ushuru threw away their automatic promotion slot on the final day to finish the season third on the log.
The first leg of the encounter will be played on Saturday, December 2, with the second leg coming on Wednesday December 6.
"We wanted a playoff where the teams play in a neutral ground in a one off affair but KPL suggested that we play on home and away basis. We agreed to that and we are looking forward to the two matches," said NSL head of leagues and competitions David Gikaria.
This will be the first time KPL and NSL sides face off in a playoff.
