As we grow older, the fewer parties we attend and social gathering because, well, there is no time.
However, even though the busy schedule, sometimes we want to forget the reality and have a good time all night long, drinking, dancing, laughing, taking pictures.
The next day, however, is not so pleasant to some and below are what you should do after a crazy night out.
Before sleeping, drink some water
The aim of drinking water is to keep the body hydrated as the alcohol in the bloodstream tends to dehydrate the body. This will also come handy when dealing with a hangover.
Hit the shower
If you are sober enough to take a shower before sleeping well and good as it will remove all the sweat leaving the skin clean and breathing properly through the night.
Sleep on an extra pillow
Instead of the usual one pillow, sleep on two pillows laid on top of each other. This will elevate your head and will help to stop the fluids accumulating under your eyes which result in puffy eyes the next day.
Wear light make up
The next day dont put layers of makeups to conceal your last night deeds. Instead, own it, you had fun, and put on light make up.
