Cord leader Raila Odinga says that 80 percent of the Kisii people will vote for him despite the carrots being dangled by President Uhuru Kenyatta to lure them to Jubilee.
According to Raila, the opposition will make a clean sweep in Nairobi including the senatorial and women representative positions.
"I was in Kisii on Monday and the ground is ODM," Raila told journalists after meeting the Kisii people living in Nairobi on Tuesday.
The former Prime Minister further defended Kisii Senator Chris Obure who has in the past one week been a subject of discussion among Cord supporters for visiting State House.
According to Odinga, the senator has stated severally that he has not ditched the Orange party.
Joseph Nyandika who is the Omugusii Nairobi Chairman said those warming up to Jubilee are killing elective politics.
"Raila has fought tirelessly for this nation. That is why whoever loves this country should support him," Nyandika said during the meeting.
Speaking at Orange House on Tuesday, Raila did not leave out the subject of fresh voter register saying the IEBC can still achieve its 22 million voters target within time.
