[Photo|ODM]The National Super Alliance (Nasa) presidential candidate Raila Odinga has regretted that Jubilee government's hand in "stolen" August 8 elections delayed them and their work of delivering Kenyans to the promised land.Addressing supporters at Malaba Dispensary in Teso North, Raila said they are still holding the numerous promises NASA had promised Kenyans, even as they await fresh presidential election."We were due to launch free secondary education in September but the repeat polls had delayed their resolve. We promised the elderly good token and single parents mothers special funds starting September."We were also due to build an industrial park in Busia with equipment and training centre for the youth reminiscent of those of Korea, Malaysia and India. This will create job opportunities for the unemployed youth," he said, Sunday. He further promised to return clearing and forwarding duties on the Kenyan side of the border to save thousands of clearing agents who lost their jobs because of the archaic laws passed by East African Community Member states. He assured NASA supporters that the 'Canaan Express journey to Jerusalem' was on course and further thanked the people of Teso for delivering 91 per cent of the votes to him in the August 8 elections and urged them to increase it to 95 per cent on October 26.
