NASA's technical unit has presented to the IEBC their evidence on alleged inflation of Jubilee votes.
In a five-page document handed over to the IEBC on Friday, NASA raised questions on the authenticity of a section of forms 34A and 34B as well as the votes tallying process.
NASA said there was gross alteration of presidential results through use of non-gazetted polling stations and exaggeration of voter numbers in some regions.
Raila Odinga's deputy chief agent Ogla Karani on Saturday said the commission had made available only 29,000 forms 34As against the expected total of 40,883, which is the total of gazetted polling stations.
“These discrepancies were detected through an audit of the documents made available to us by the commission.
"Our evidence is based on critical analysis of the information we have gathered from the commission’s portal in comparison to the results that were displayed, as well as copies of forms 34A and 34B we received from agents,” Ms Karani said as quoted by the Nation.
According to the document, a sample of form 34A from Baringo Central Constituency shows 376 as the total number of votes cast at the Cereals Board polling station yet the total number of ballots rejected was also 376.
It also claims there was a non-gazetted polling station in the same constituency, and where President Uhuru Kenyatta got 940 votes at this station against Raila's 194.
“The challenge here is the threshold that requires no polling station to record more than 700 registered voters, but this station recorded over and above the legally allowed figure,” says the document.
