This come in days after former Prime Minister Raila Odinga alleged that the National Intelligence Service is interfering with the ongoing mass voter registration by registering voters from Uganda, Sudan and Ethiopia.

Kalamu was speaking on Citizen TV Opinion Court on Thursday when he made the hair-raising comment.

"What I would say is if anybody imagines you can register a foreigner to come in the country to vote you are wasting time and any foreigner duped he can come in would not return alive, you know the situation of Kenya during elections," said Kaluma.
