National Super Alliance principals have retreated to agree on who to face President Kenyatta and at discuss how to traunce Jubilee. Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka revealed that one of the main agenda was strategize on how to oust Uhuru-led government from office come August 8.
Kalonzo was at Vipingo Ridge with FordKenya’s Moses Wetangula, ANC’s Musalia Mudavadi and ODM’s Raila Odinga.
He said that the four agreed to form countrywide polling station committees mandated to tabulate results to counter rigging as opposed to an earlier suggestion of parallel tallying. Speaking at Majengo Kanamae, the former VP said this will help them win with ease.
"The committee will relay the results announced by IEBC to the coalition's central tallying centre. This will make it difficult to change the results after the final figures are released,” said Kalonzo.
He however reduced the number of those who will man each polling station from fifty as announced by Raila Odinga to five. This group will prevent rigging that Musyoka says is the only way out for Jubilee.
"The committee members, through their chair, shall have direct contact with the NASA principals. We want to win in one touch. We do not want to see any kind of rigging in the country,” said Kalonzo as quoted by the Star.
