Controversial political pundit Mutahi Ngunyi has yet again resurfaced with a move he thinks if President Uhuru Kenyatta applies before the October 26, repeat polls his rival Raila Odinga will be a finished man.

On his weekly youtube post, Mutahi has told Uhuru to use his supremacy and apply dominance on Odinga but not dialogue if he aims to beat the former Prime Minister.

"President Uhuru must build consensus in the election act through dominating NASA into submission zero effort," he said.

Apart from dominance, Ngunyi advised Uhuru to maintain the narrative that judiciary is not legitimate.

"judiciary must be declared an institution without legitimacy because of its lost legitimacy. Therefore the decision of the court based on bad law must be disobeyed until we liberate the courts from the dark brotherhood of law," said Ngunyi.

Ngunyi also advised Uhuru to form a coalition with NASA co-principals Musalia Mudavadi and Kalonzo Musyoka under Odinga's nose if he wants to win the repeat polls.

Finally, Ngunyi told Uhuru it will be to his best advantage if the repeat polls are not conducted hence he should encourage Odinga to continue pushing for no elections.
