With the presidential petition already taken to court by the NASA alliance, ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi has exuded fears concerning the outcome of the court process.
Speaking during an ANC meeting with party elected leaders in Kakamega, Mudavadi said there are fears in NASA with the possibility of the government manipulating the IEBC results before the case is determined.
He said officials of the IEBC are being killed in what could compel them to give in to the demands of unscrupulous authorities.
"In over 10,000 polling stations, Raila was leading but it did not reflect on IEBC portal. We are firm in NASA and we have confidence of winning the case," he said.
"We are only fearing the rate at which electoral officials are being killed as this might distort some facts," he added.
