Former Nairobi governor aspirant Miguna Miguna has come out to reveal the team he will support in the World Cup.
Taking to his Facebook account on Friday, Miguna revealed that the decision was made from a political and historical point of view.
He said he will put his support behind Mexico because of the historical role Mexicans played in the lives of revolutionaries around the world.
Miguna said he was behind Mexico in solidarity with how they supported Fidel Castro, Che Guevara and Fidel's brother Raul Castro in their times of exile.
"I'm rooting for the MEXICANS at the #WorldCupRussia2018. Mexicans gave Fidel Castro, Ernesto Che Guevara and Raul Castro refuge before they landed at the Bay of Pigs and executed the greatest revolution to date. (I didn't say "don't watch soccer." I said don't be OBSESSED.) Viva!" he wrote.
