The research was first published in 2015 by Myles Mayall, David Smithand Anushka Asthana. Millions of women and men who want to shed extra pounds overnight are now turning to bread for the same. According to Olga Raz, a nutritionist from Israel, sandwiches and toast have been made taboos because they contain high levels of carbohydrate.
