Heels often alter your position. Heels will make you bent forward whenever you are walking. They will give you a rounder shape to your back. You will start feeling back pain over time hence they should be avoided by all means if you do not want to strain in any way.

Lack of balance is common among pregnant women who keep wearing heels. The strength in your ankles will reduce because of the hormonal changes and excess weight. This will lead to lower balancing capacity hence affecting your body in different ways in the long run.
4. Swelling in feet
Pregnant often swell their feet whenever they wear heels for too long. The heel are often associated with a medical condition known as edema. The medical condition affects the feet, ankles and legs. The situation is often linked to the accumulation of fluid into your lower body part. You may also experience pain.
