Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka is in no doubt a man on a mission.

Kalonzo's failure to attend the NASA Presidential candidate Raila Odinga's inauguration as the 'People's president' has continued to elicit mixed reactions from different factions, a section of Kenyans has labeled him coward.

The former vise president needs to prove tothe nation that he is not a coward.

It will be hard for leaders to rally behind the Kamba political kingpin as he seeks to ascend to power because he is likely to retreat if things get tougher if his political past is anything we can go by.

Before the August general elections, there were speculations that Kalonzo would walk away from the former Prime Minister before he becomes the head of state.

Although Kalonzo became strong until recently when he appeared weaker according to some of the political analysts, he still has a long way to go.

The Wiper leader, however, maintained he is not a coward.

“I am not a coward, we are ready to move this country forward. We have all sacrificed for it," Kalonzo said after snubbing Raila's inauguration.

"We are strong as NASA, we do not fear. Skipping the event was a plan, we will not retreat," he added.
