Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has accused the police of looking for ways to ensure that he serves in prison.
Babu said that officers at the Criminal Investigation offices were working day and night to ensure they collect a series of allegations to fix him with.
"DCI Kamwende is on a fishing expedition looking for malicious cases to put on me.I know all your scandals and will expose you," he said.
Owino was last week arrested over assault after a viral video showed him assaulting a security personnel in Westlands, Nairobi.
He is also facing allegations of masterminding electoral malpractices against his rival for the Embakasi East MP seat Mr Mureithi.
