Uhuru Park will remain closed on Tuesday and any groupings targetting to access the area will be dealt with by the police.
This is according to Nairobi County Police Commander Japheth Koome.
Koome warned NASA or any other political grouping that should they make any entry into Uhuru Park then they will meet the full of force law.
He was addressing journalists on Sunday where he reiterated that his office will remain firm and vigilant against any rogue element.
“Neither NASA nor any other grouping has notified police of their intention to use Uhuru Park,” said Koome.
The Nairobi county government last week closed the grounds indefinitely for renovation works.
