President Uhuru Kenyatta has unleashed a spate of attacks on NASA leader Raila Odinga and the Supreme Court judges following the nullification of his presidential election win by the six-judge bent.
The president said that Maraga and 'his people' in courts are not what is supreme in Kenya, and that it is only the common mwananchi who is supreme.
He also took a jibe at Raila, reminding him to know that the courts would never change the will of Kenyans against him (Uhuru).
“Raila should know that it is not the court that is supreme, the most important person in Kenya is not Maraga and his five people but the people themselves who are supreme,” added Uhuru.
He spoke this at the Nairobi State House.
