1. Malnutrition
Although meat has a number of worthy nutrients, there are still plenty of other nutrients out here that meat does not and will not yield. So if you eat meat alone you will surely end up malnourished.
2. Your immunity will be weakened
A diet of meat alone doesn't have vitamin c. So meat alone will make you more prone to infections. This is because vitamin C is the nutrient that helps strengthen the immune system. Some of these infections are such as the common cold and flu.
3. Weight gain
If you consume nothing but meat for a year, you will gain lots of weight. Especially if you stick with fatty meats.
4. Constipation
Meat has zero fiber, this because the best sources of fiber that is needed for regular bowel movements are fruits and vegetables. Without this two it's a sure bet you will end up with constipation.
5. Heart disease
Meat can increase cholesterol levels. It can also cause your blood pressure to rise. We all know high cholesterol and high blood pressure are risk factors that can cause heart disease.
