ODM party leader Raila Odinga has reiterated the opposition will not take anything to chance during the August general polls.
He said IEBC's 2013 mischief won't succeed in August.
Raila who called for residents in opposition zones to enlist as voters in large numbers also said opposition leaders will remain united ahead of the polls.
"Each day, we must register the maximum number possible," he said in a message posted on is Facebook page.
"We must not allow the IEBC to get away with mischief."
Raila contested for the presidency in 2013 but lost to Jubilee's Uhuru Kenyatta in a tightly contested poll whose results he rejected.
He blamed the IEBC of having favoured Mr Uhuru.
He challenged the outcome of the presidential poll at the Supreme Court but the court, then, headed by Chief Justice Willy Mutunga upheld Uhuru's victory.
"We have identity cards waiting to be collected to enable our people to register. We must get them to their owners. Supporters with ID cards have to register as voters as a matter of duty to the country," he added.
"We must monitor the exercise. Where there are impediments to registration like the absence kits and unnecessary registration requirements, these must be recorded and communicated in real time."
