However, psychologists say that stress can be avoided and that there is a choice in the way of reacting to a distressing situation. 

Below are some of the causes of daily stress and how they can be avoided:

Fear of failure

This fear is manifested through indecision and anxiety. Followed by “I cannot”factor, which always destroys your ambitions. The solution to this is believing in yourself and your skills, then do the thing you fear. Use fear as a challenge. 

The meaning and purpose

Another source of stress and negative emotions is a condition in which man has no meaning and purpose in life. No clear goals pursued. Instead, always have a clear idea of what you want to achieve in life and you will avoid this kind of stress.

Anger

Anger is being driven by pain, the feeling that someone is attacking us, failed expectations and when things go wrong. When we are angry, we often repress our emotions and unfortunately sometimes, explode in front of our family members or people weaker than us and end up unnecessarily hurting them. Instead, take control of your anger by taking a couple of deep breaths and engage yourself in other interesting things.
