Three youths have been arraigned before a Garissa court accused of trying to join the Somalia based terror group, Alshabaab.
The three; Ibrahim Ahmed 22, Daniel Busu 18 and Ali Mahamud 26 were arrested on Monday by Anti-Terror Police Unit (ATPU) at the Dagahaley refugee camp in Garissa County while heading to Somalia to join Alshabaab.
The court heard that the three on September 27 this year, the three attempted to attend terrorism training in Somalia.
They were alternatively charged with being members of the Al-Shabaab group.
They however denied the charges and they were released on a Sh500,000 bond each with two sureties of a similar amount, or they deposit cash bail of Sh300,000.
The case will be mentioned on October 5, this year to set a hearing date.
