According to a list that the activists presented to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) and the Chapter Six Working Group on Wednesday, Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi, his Nandi Hills counterpart Alfred Keter and Uasin Gishu Women representative Jubilee party nominee Gladys Boss Shollei have integrity issues hence should not participate in the August 8, polls.

Sudi a pending court case in relation to claims that he forged academic papers he used during the 2013 general elections.

Keter is also facing three charges of creating disturbances, incitement and using the name of the president to invoke fear during the infamous Gilgil weighbridge drama that was captured in a secret camera.

As for Shollei, Former chief registrar of the Judiciary, she was recently charged afresh with abuse of office for failing to comply with the law relating to procurement.

The three clinched the Jubilee party ticket for their various elective positions and it remains to be seen whether IEBC and the Chapter Six Working Group would heed to activists demand and block them from the upcoming polls.
