Gioto dumping site.
It is the only dumping site in town located at the North end of the town on your way to Kabarak University. The place being a dumping site is dirty and stinky. It is also highly populated with street urchins making the area quit insecure.
The area is also infested with pigs.
Ronda
It is located to the west side near Shabaab estate. It makes headlines for scarcity of water, insecurity and poor infrastructure. The area is in Nakuru west constituency under the leadership of Hon Samuel Otara Arama. It is a location mostly associated with the less fortunate.
Free Area
Free Area is located along the Nakuru-Nairobi highway, opposite the former Tosti plant. It is highly known for a dirty environment littered with plastics and paper bags. It is also filled with a number of drinking dens with illicit brews. It's nearness to the highway makes it very noisy. It is also home to Kwa Murogi area, a no no-goze for anybody who cares about his wallet.
It also boarders the Nakuru Nation park making it dangerous due to snakes that make impromptu visits.
