Three Nakuru students were on Tuesday arrested over Sunday’s arson attack at St Mary’s Genius Girls Secondary School.
The three were nabbed after police carried out a thorough investigation at the school located in Dundori area, where students were also interrogated.
Nakuru North Divisonal Police Commander Edward Masibo said police will collect enough evidence before the students are charged in court.
The fire broke out on Sunday at around 7.30pm destroying property of unknown value.
The students are currently being held at Dundori police post, the Nation reports.
A similar incident occurred on Friday where a fire gutted down a dormitory at Barkowio Secondary School in Siaya County,
One student died during the incident.
