Three teachers of Kabarnet Boys High School who included the Deputy Principal were on Friday arraigned in Kabarnet Law Courts to answer charges of being in connection with fire incident that razed down one of the school dormitories.
The three; Musa Chebii, the Deputy Principal, Yohana Yator and Jemima baraza appeared before Resident Magistrate Ezra Ayuko.
They were accused of colluding with six students in the burning of Moi Hostel after the students had been re-admitted back to school following an earlier arson attempt.
The prosecutor’s desk, Benson Emugut requested the court to be given 10 more days to complete their investigations.
The six students who had earlier been arrested appeared before the court and were charged with arson.
The case involving the three teachers was adjourned to July 29.
