In an office set up regardless of the organization, different people exhibit different characters depending on various circumstances they are in which include their job status, fashion, acceptability from other employees and wealthiness.

The first category is the outspoken group. These are managers and heads of various departments in an organization. They have a greater say in daily activities in a company and thus they posses superiority status as compared to other workmates.

They are always vibrant in staff meetings and any other function held either inside or outside the place of work due to the fact that their views are more likely to be considered as compared to others.

Most of them have superior academic prowess which make them overlook others. They mostly form their own small groups whereby they seat in strategic places during lunch time ,functions and any other related activity.

There is this second category who are middle influencers the organization.Their work level is average. Some of them depending with their interpersonal communication skills are vibrant in staff meetings and company activities and they always try to move their agenda against that of their superiors.

Most of them form smaller groups of maybe three to five people which they identify themselves with. The groups are usually selective, probably those working in the same category or department for a particular group.

The fact that they directly receive directions from their superiors make them align themselves in this manner.

Lastly, there is this class of workmates who feel their contribution toward the organization is minimal and hardly recognized by the management. They include the interns and low level workers for example cleaners.

Most of them especially the interns struggle in various areas such as fashion and make up ,even conduct themselves in a particular manner likely to catch the eye of top management.

This category rarely participates in meetings as they feel their contribution may not be valuable to their superiors.

Mostly, they only engage when they are asked to.As a result of them struggling in fashion and lifestyle, they attract criticism from the middle group, something which makes them conduct themselves in secluded groups.
