The long awaited announcement for NASA flag bearer who will face president Uhuru Kenyatta in August 8th polls may be over by end of next week.

From Wednesday evening, political pundit built up assumptions that the opposition outfit would probably announce their flag bearer on Thursday at the Bomas of Kenya.

However, the Bomas event turned out to be an occasion to bring to public NASA's fifth principal Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto, and ODM party leader declaring that the five principals are the reinvention of the famous 2007 pentagon team.

The leaders declared that they have reached a power sharing deal and it was Ford Kenya party leader Moses Wetangula who lifted the drafted document to arousing cheers from the NASA supporters at the venue.

Wetangula went ahead to state that over the last 24hrs the four principals made tremendous progress in their quest to offer Kenyans the right candidate to face it of with Uhuru in the August polls.

The Ford Kenya party leader said the long wait will be over by end of next week.

"On the 27th of April 2017 we have a date with you in Uhuru Park, and on that day you will be told the team that will deliver Kenya," he said.

Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka, Raila Odinga (ODM), Moses Wetangula (Ford Kenya), Musalia Mudavadi (ANC) have all expressed the desire to clinch the ticket and their supporters and party lieutenants have also repeatedly vouched for their leader thus making Thursday next week a make or break announcement in NASA circles.
