Heightened security deployment has been witnessed in pro-Raila areas ahead of his Tuesday declaration which the NASA leader spoke of on Sunday while addressing his supporters in Kibera and Mathare.

Security has been beefed up across the country including Kibera, Mathare, and Kisumu which are areas that experienced chaos after Friday's declaration of Uhuru Kenyatta's re-election.

Odinga insists he is the rightful winner of a “stolen” election that handed victory to Kenyatta.
