It is high time proper reforms are done in the Kenyan police and disciplined forces to root out certain officers.
Over the past years we've witnessed hard-ended, merciless, gruesome assaults and even killings by the law enforcers and in most cases no disciplinary action is ever taken.
Is such force really necessary?
In this particular case, this undisciplined officer delivered a killer kick on the head of an unarmed, helpless, unconscious civilian. Why vent such anger and frustrations on helpless citizens?
There is no single day the police have ever dispersed demonstrators without using excessive force whether the demonstrations are peaceful or not?
