[Photo| rockycityfmradio.com]The judgement on the two presidential petitions in the October 26 fresh presidential election will be delivered on Monday, November 20, 2017.The verdict according to the Supreme Court registrar Esther Nyaiyaki, will be delivered at 10am.The petitions were filled by former Kilome MP Harun Mwau, Activist Njonjo Mue and a voter Khelef Khalifa.The three want the highest court in the land to annul President Uhuru Kenyatta's win on grounds that fresh nominations for presidential candidates were not conducted after Opposition leader Raila Odinga withdrew from the race, failure to conduct elections in 25 constitutes, low voter turnout and violence in some areas that saw the election not conducted among others. The respondents in the petition include the electoral agency IEBC, its chairman Wafula Chebukati and President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Kenyans now await to know whether a six judge bench led by Chief Justice David Maraga will nullify or uphold Uhuru's win.
