Supreme Court judges. [Photo| dailyguide.africa.com] A pre-trial conference for the three presidential petitions filed at the Supreme Court will kick off on Tuesday. The pre-trial conference will begin at 11am. This is according to the Supreme Court registrar Esther Nyaiyaki.During the conference, issues for determination in the presidential election petition will be identified.The court will also decide who among the applicants will be enjoined in the case either as an interested party or amicus curiae.The petitions against Uhuru's win in the October 26 repeat presidential poll were filed by Institute for Democratic Governance's, former Kilome MP Harun Mwau, Njonjo Mue and Khelef Khalifa.The court has seven days left to hear and determine the petition. the deadline will lapse on Monday 20 at midnight.
