Ruaraka Member of Parliament Otieno Kajwang is likely to administer the oath of office to the National Super Alliance (Nasa) principals Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka as 'president and deputy president' respectively.
This is after Kajwang was spotted at Uhuru Park in full court regalia on Tuesday, January 30, 2018.
Speaking at the historical grounds, the ODM legislator told journalists that his client must be sworn in today.
"As you know today I have one of the most important clients of my life.I have come so that the instructions are fulfilled. My client must swear today," Kajwang said.
Kajwang is an advocate of the High Court and has got 28 years in law profession.
