Director of Public Prosecutions had ordered the immediate prosecution of NASA laeder Raila Odinga's sister Ruth Odinga.

Also in trouble is Senator Fred Outa.

The two have been accused of attacking IEBC officials. 

Tobiko said the two should be arrested immediately and charged over 'incitement to attack' which happened in Kisumu county.
