Nyaribari Chache member of Parliament Richard Tong'i has now said NASA leader Raila Odinga as well as President Uhuru Kenyatta will be touring Kisii county in the next few weeks after the golden handshake and said he will be hosting them.
According to the MP the duo choose Kisii county as one of the neutral land politically where the two received almost the same ratio of votes in the recently concluded elections and repeat pols as well.
Speaking at Amariba SDA Church on Saturday the MP said the Kisii county MPs had agreed to work along with the leaders as well as ensure that political temperatures across the nation cools down.
"We are happy as the Gusii nation as soon the region will be hosting both NASA leader Raila Odinga as well as President Uhuru Kenyatta and we expect that the duo will be launching various development projects that we're sure will help the community" said Tong'i
The Mp further pleaded with other regional leaders to positively receive the Uhuru, Raila peace pact as that will see the country's economy double up in few years time.
"This is time for us all leaders from the region to work together so that we can develop the nation as well as the region and we're sure with the peace pact between the two main rivals we are heading to the right direction" said Tong'i
