The family and burial team for the late Mark Too is set to meet over court issued on Friday halting the burial of the deceased.
The burial of Mark Too was scheduled to take pace on Monday.
According to the burial committee Jacob Yego, the family was aware of the order and they had to decide on the way forward.
"The court order exists and we have to discuss with the family and lawyers so that we decide on how to move on," said Yego.
This is after Eldoret resident magistrate Nicodemus Moseti halted the burial of the former nominated MP.
Lawyer Simon Lilan had filed a case seeking an independent probe into Too's death.
According to the lawyer, Too could have been killed due to political rivalry and his massive wealth.
