Former Bumula lawmaker and Lands Assistant Minister Wakoli Bifwoli is definitely one the funniest politicians in the nation.

Whenever he addresses a crowd, he not only drives his point home but he leaves the audience laughing and entertained.

The leader who also has a slow and draggy speech has his own way of communicating that leaves the listeners bursting in laughter.

2. William Ruto

The deputy head of state is another man who, had he not been a politician, would have made a good comedian.

For example he was quoted asking people to pray for former Vice President  Kalonzo Musyoka during the Cord's anti IEBC demos.

''I urge you to continue praying, and remember to pray for our brother the former Deputy President Kalonzo. Imagine tha last time I saw saw him, he was seated on the road like a school child protesting against the I.E.B.C. He truly needs prayers," Ruto said amid laughter.

3. Isaac Rutto

The Bomet County boss is another politician-cum-comedian.

The URP rebel has been totally against DP Ruto's actions.

He is also a person who can distinguish between when to joke and when to be serious.

For instance, he came out to criticize President Uhuru's ''Kumeza mate sio kula Nyama'' remarks.

''They are telling us to swallow saliva as they eat the meat, here we don't even have vegetables and we only eat meat once in a long time. Actualy, even swallowing saliva has become a hard task because we don't have water. Let them bring the money to the ground so we can increase our meat consumption to at least three times a year,'' he said.
