1. UAP Old Mutual Tower is a 33-storey office complex located on Hospital Road, Upper Hill, Nairobi. It is 163 m (535 ft) high and has 38 floors. It was completed in 2015 and thus became the tallest structure in Kenya. The skyscraper is owned by UAP Old Mutual Holdings, which is an insurance conglomerate headquartered in Kenya. The tower was financed through private equity at a total of approximately US$40,000,000 (as of 2015)
2. The Times Tower, also called New Central Bank Tower, is the second tallest building in Nairobi. The building is located on Haile Selassie Avenue Nairobi. It is 140 m (459 ft) high and has 33 floors and it was completed in 2000. The original times tower was to be done in the current Uhuru Park at a cost of 200 million USD (NOV 1989) but due to the environmental Disadvantage -noise- it was relocate to the CBD and this explains why its 38 storeyed al amlost a quarter the cost.
3. Teleposta Towers in the CBD of Nairobi along Kenyatta Avenue is the third largest building in Nairobi. The building is 120m (390 ft) tall with 27 floors and was completed in the year 2000. The Ministry of Trade and Kenya's Ministry of Information and Communications are based in the building.
4. The Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) is the fourth tallest building in Nairobi and is located in the City Square. The building is 105 m (344 ft) and has a floor count of 28. It was completed in 1974.
5. The fifth tallest building in Nairobi is the NSSF Building which is located on Bishop Road Nairobi. The building was completed in 1973, has 28 floors and is 103m (338 ft) tall.
