A Kakamega gubernatorial aspirant on the Amani National Congress has decamped to Jubilee citing frustrations in the party.
Mabel Muruli, on Monday said that her bid for the ANC ticket was being frustrated by a section of party members.
She further accused former Kakamega County Assembly deputy speaker Cleophas Malala of blackmail in order to gain financially.
According to nation, Malala denied the allegations.
“ANC was not keen on backing me and after consultation with my supporters I made a choice to work with Jubilee party for their own good,” she said while speaking in Kisumu on Monday.
