[Photo|Wishfm Nairobi]Embakasi East MP Babu Owino is a happy man after more than three local banks agreed to employ at least ten youth from his constituency as per his previous demands.The controversial ODM lawmaker had asked banks in Embakasi East to employ at least ten youth from the constituency before he opens or to maintain new CDF accounts with the banks."For me to open Embakasi east cdf account with any bank in Kenya or proceed with the existing account,the bank must provide employment opportunities to at least 10 residents of Embakasi east.If the above Condition is not met the bank should forget business from us.DO ME I DO YOU," the former SONU chairman posted on social media.In response four banks agreed to his call.He posted: "The following banks contacted me today and have agreed to employ residents of Embakasi east.Coop bank,CBA,KCB and Equity bank.Embakasi east residents love you.Need cvs," on Thursday.On Friday, Babu further asked companies and government institutions in his constituency to employ residents.
