The politician cum evangelist is seen giving out cash to a group of youths surrounding him in a crowd in a video circulating on social media.

However, questions are still being raised by Kenyans on social media whether Wanjiru was indeed issuing bribes to catapult her way to City Hall or if she was just being philanthropic.

Wanjiru has declared interest to unseat Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero.

She will battle it out with former Gatanga MP Peter Kenneth and Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko for the Jubilee Party ticket.
