[Photo|Governor Nyong'o Press Unit]Kisumu Deputy Governor Dr Ochieng Owili visited victims of NASA's anti-IEBC demonstrations at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital, Thursday.He condemned the use of excessive force by the police to maim peaceful demonstrators whose sole aim is to seek for electoral reforms in the country.On Wednesday, several demonstrators in Kisumu sustained bullet injuries on various parts of their bodies, including a three month pregnant woman.At least 23 people were injured, with Owili affirming that the victims' bills will be paid.Accompanying him was County Secretary Dr Olang'o Onudi, Director Administration Abala Wanga, Director Health Dr Dickens Onyango, Director Governor's Press Unit Achie Alai, Director Protocol Bob Madanji, Kondele MCA Joachim Oketch and Kisumu County Assembly Health Committee Chairman Vincent Jagongo.
