The NASA leader is a football fanatic and his talks in political arenas are riddled with football scenes.
He once was a staunch supporter of Manchester United but moved to Arsenal after Manchester was forced to play without fans after a ban.He has on several occasions been pictured at the team’s ground; Emirates Stadium attending matches.
2. William Ruto
Though he is not a known football fanatic, the DP is an Arsenal fan. In 2014, during a twitter interaction with fans, Ruto replied to one fo the questions from a fan who wanted to know which team he supports, and this was his response;
“DP @WilliamsRuto: I support #Arsenal.I just don't know where we are at the moment. #GOKInteracts” reads a quoted tweet.
3.Kipuchumba Murkomen
The senator is a staunch supporter of Manchester United, popularly known as the Red Devils, and has always talked about his love for the English giants on his social media pages.
He has teased Raila and Ruto for supporting Arsenal in many occasions.
4. Musalia Mudavadi
He has in the political gatherings referred to himself as Messi, and him being a good striker.
He is said to have been an active footballer in his early days, though he has never publicly said which team he supports.
