Pangani Girls High School(Photo:/capitalfm.com)'Pangani Girls sterling performancehas been attributed to prayers, internal examinations and teamwork from the teachers and students.
The Nairobi based schoolThe school in the 2017 KCSE produced the best performed female student, Naomi Kawira Karimi, who emerged scoring a straight A of 87.011.
The school had a total of 281 student who sat for the national examination, and among the students they produced two other students among the top ten countrywide.
The two female students include Morara Mongina was the sixth while Mwatate Emily was the seventh nationally both scoring a straight As.
The school’s Principal Florence Ngarari stated that the internal examinations done in the school were of high standard and a clear reflection of what was expected in the national performance by the students.
Ngarari stated that the nature of the examination is the true reflection what the students needed to prepare for in the challenging national exams.
The teachers of Pangani High School have also been working positively with the students to meet the requirements for the examinations. The students were grouped into discussion groups where by the students encouraged each other.
