A tough talking Deputy President William Ruto has said they will go ahead to swear in President Uhuru Kenyatta if NASA candidate Raila Odinga refuses to participate in the October 17 repeat poll.
In a fiery speech at the Kapkatet Sports ground, Kericho, Ruto said they will not give in to NASA's 'threats' because they already know who Kenyans wanted.
"They should not play around with us. We already know who Kenyans wanted and if they do not want elections on October 17 we will go ahead and swear in President Uhuru Kenyatta," the DP said.
Ruto chided the Opposition that they are just doing them a 'favour' by agreeing to go back to the polls.
"We are just doing them a favour by going back to the polls. Kenyans already made their decision," he added.
