A tough talking Deputy President William Ruto has hit out at opposition leader Raila Odinga for claiming that Jubilee stole his victory in 2017.
Speaking in Nandi on Sunday, a visibly angered Ruto said Raila is a dictator who does not accept defeat.
“The biggest threat to our democracy, our progress and our stability is people who have questionable democratic credentials and dictators who participate in an election but cannot accept defeat,” Ruto said.
The DP said Jubilee was elected by Kenyans and no one can try to ‘intimidate’ the government.
“We do not need any validation from anybody or any process to be a government, we are a government because the Kenyan people voted for us,” Ruto added.
