Mombasa governor Hassan Joho is set to face a big test of choosing who to support between ODM aspirant Samuel Omwando and Ford Kenya aspirant Richard Onyonka ahead of his tour to Kisii over the weekend.
Confirming Joho's tour to the area ODM aspirant Samuel Omwando said he is the one who invited him and expects it to be a full ODM affair without any interference from any of the local politician affiliated to NASA.
"Joho is our deputy leader at ODM and I am the one who initiated his tour to the area to help me campaign as we gear towards victory," said Omwando.
However, Omwando said that the governor was at liberty to leave the challenge to the locals to chose their leader.
Some of the locals, however, said Joho will have a big task as both Omwando and Onyonka are affiliated with NASA.
The governor is set to tour the area on Saturday where he will hold a series of rallies.
