Other than the MPs verdicts, Raila's party will know fate of four ODM governors with Homa Bay's Cyprian Awiti having lost to Oyugi Magwanga last week.

On Monday, Siaya Judge Esther Maina will make a verdict on petition challenging Governor Amoth Rasanga, whose victory was nullified in 2013. He is being challenged by Nicholas Gumbo.

But the tough week will be manifested on Tuesday and Wednesday when fate for three ODM South Nyanza Governors will be knowing their fate.

Lady Justice Hellen Omondi will on Tuesday make a judgment on petition challenging Governor James Ongwae's victory. He was challenged by Chris Obure, a former senator.

Similarly, at Migori on Tuesday, Governor Okoth Obado will know the fate of the petition filed by former minister Ochillo Ayacko.

And in Nyamira on Wednesday, Governor John Nyagarama will be waiting for the ruling by Justice James Makau in a case filed by Jubilee's Walter Nyambati.

While ODM may not be scared of outcomes in Migori and Siaya because of its dominance, the Nyamira and Kisii cases are unique given the challenge by Jubilee party.

Further, any nullification like the case of Homa Bay, will give Raila tough choices to make given that the Independent Candidates challenging his victory are his allies as well.
