An executive member of the Mwingi Professionals and Business Community Association (MPBCA) has asked Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka to trade carefully with opposition chief Raila Odinga.
Campbell Munyambu (MPBCA coordinator) said on Saturday that the former prime minister is a politician whose moves can never be predicted cautioning the former vice president to look for new alliances as the country moves to hold another election in 2022.
He said Raila is pursuing a selfish agenda that entails ruining other political parties that constitute the NASA coalition.
Munyambu said it is time Kalonzo joins hands with other NASA co-principals- Musalia Mudavadi (ANC) and Moses Wetangula (Ford Kenya) in dislodging Raila's initiatives "which are not good for Kenya".
"You do not need rocket science to read the signs," he said in Mwingi Central during a burial service.
Raila has been trading verbal jabs with Mudavadi and Wetangula following the historic 'golden handshake' when he met President Uhuru Kenyatta at his Harambee House office on March 9.
Although Kalonzo has not publicly rebuked Raila's move to meet Uhuru, Mudavadi and Wetangula have been out in political rallies criticizing the opposition chief's decision to meet Uhuru in the absence of Kalonzo, Mudavadi and Wetangula.
Raila insists the meeting entailed discussing ways of uniting Kenyans after a long electioneering period in which over 50 people were killed in Post Election Violence-related incidents.
