Traders have raised concern over a herd of cattle that have been roaming freely at Hola market and eating their produce.
A trader Amina Abdallah said the herders drive the animals into the market and disappears.
"These animals have become a menace. Sometimes I lose my whole stock to the cattle," she said.
The traders said they have raised complains to county government but to no response.
They said county officials told them to be considerate because the drought has taken a toll on livestock.
County urban planning officer Mohammed Matunza however, said the officials are looking for ways of seizing the animals.
"We are trying to find ways to solve the menace that has affected traders in the market. Traders should be patient and be alert and drive away the animals once they invade the market," said Matunza.
