Traders along Jogoo road have started rebuilding their shops after NASA supporters on Friday burned the stalls while welcoming NASA leader Raila Odinga who returned from the US.

Business operations in the area are slowly resuming, according to a trader Allan Odhiambo.

Odhiambo said the owners of the stalls that were burned have started rebuilding them and repairing those that were destroyed during the chaos.

"Traders have no choice rather than rebuilding up the business stalls to carry on with their daily business activities", he said.

He blamed the police for engaging supporters instead they could have provided security to them.

"The losses came as a result police officers who were engaging NASA supporters who took advantage to rob and destroy our property,'' he added.
