Nyamira Governor John Nyagarama and his deputy Amos Nyaribo have been told to work together and deliver on their mandate or risk going home in 2017.
The plea comes even as the two leaders continue to throw barbs at each other over their administration.
Speaking to journalists in Nyamira town on Thursday, the residents, led by Julius Osinyo, said if the two leaders don't cooperate and foster development in the county they will go home both of them come 2017.
Nyaribo has accused his boss Nyagarama over the recent reshuffle saying he wan'ts consulted.
On the other hand, Nyagarama says has has not seen his his deputy to deliberate on county matters for the last seven months.
“Our governor and his deputy should work together to foster development but the way they have started accusing each other, they might lose in the next elections let them be careful,” said Osinyo.
“We are tired with their politics, we need development,” added Lucas Makori.
Word has it that Nyaribo will contest the county governorship come 2017, claims he has dismissed.
